Restaurant Alain Ducasse was opened in 2000 in the Parisian luxury hotel Plaza Athenee.  Since the first days of existence, the restaurant earned extreme popularity not only with the elegant decoration, but also the amazing cuisine.  The kitchen is managed by a winning French chef, Alain Ducasse, who is the owner of 19 Michelin stars and a legend of the world of restaurant business.  The chef owns 26 restaurants in the world’s major cities and three of his restaurants have the highest score in the restaurant world – 3 stars Michelin.  The restaurant has a classic romantic French-style interior with a unique chandelier composed of 10,000 shimmering and sparkling crystal pendants.  Alain Ducasse serves traditional French cuisine interpreted in a modern way.
